Dear ULUBUDA members,

This coming Monday will be our

*MEDITATION SESSION with Ajahn Santhong*
*
*
For those who have not attended a session, Ajahn is a Thai Buddhist monk,
currently residing in the UK (Buddhapadipa Temple in Wimbledon). He has been
with ULUBUDA for many years now and he is a very nice and simple teacher who
is always open to your questions on meditation or the Dhamma (Buddha's
teachings) in general.

You do not need to have any experience in meditation to try it out and it's
never too late to start! Feel free to come at any time that's convenient for
you.

With Lots of Metta,

ULUBUDA exco 2009/10

P.S: For those who would like to sign-up for membership with ULUBUDA you can
still do so during this session. Just bring along your ULU card or get one
from the reception free of charge and £4 for the membership fee*.

(*ULUBUDA considers this a donation as we believe the Dharma should be free
and contribution should be based upon the contributor's own discretion but
collection is made due to the minimum membership fee required by ULU.
However, be rest assured that at the end of the day, all the money goes back
into the society's fund and is used for the benefit of all our members =) )

P.P.S: We are happy to say we have met our minimum requirement for paid-up
membership by ULU this year and would like to thank all who have supported
us to allow the society to continue creating a platform for us students to
learn about Buddhism and continue cultivating the goodness in everyone =)
