As i have said on several occasions, you really do form the heart of what we do, so please do keep on forwarding me any comments/suggestions you may have as to how we can better ourselves:) Also, if you've taken an interest in what we do and wish to help out, then please feel free to drop me an email at any time, i always look forward in hearing from you :). <FONT color=#00ff00><FONT size=3><FONT face="Garamond, Times, Serif"><FONT color=#008000>This is a really fantastic secular programme stemmed from compassion and is designed to provide respite for carers who are looking after an ill family or friend. The programme itself is very flexible and if you are free over the summer period (or in fact any time as this is a continuous programme) please do go along and check it out. I have been on several occasions and have found it a very worthwhile, meaningful and fun thing to do! I should also mention, they provide you with a delicious 2 course vegetarian meal and introductory Tai Chi training. Additionally, all travel expenses are reimbursed.
